1. Who we are

Ahmed Zia Postiz is a self-hosted social media management service operated by Ahmed Zia. It helps authorized users connect social accounts, prepare content, and schedule or publish posts from one dashboard.

2. Information we process

Depending on the features you use, the service may process:

• Basic profile information returned by an authorized social platform, such as account ID, display name, profile image, and profile link.
• Authorization credentials and access tokens needed to connect and operate accounts you explicitly authorize.
• Posts, captions, images, videos, publishing preferences, and schedules you submit.
• Technical logs, device or browser information, timestamps, and diagnostic data needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

We do not ask for or store your social platform password.

3. How information is used

Information is used only to:

• Authenticate authorized accounts and display connected profiles.
• Create, schedule, upload, and publish content at your direction.
• Maintain account connections, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and protect the service.
• Respond to support, privacy, or deletion requests.

We do not sell personal information or use connected-account data for targeted advertising.

4. Third-party platforms and providers

When you request a post or account action, relevant information is sent to the platform you selected, which may include TikTok, Meta services, YouTube, LinkedIn, or X. Those platforms process information under their own privacy policies and terms. Limited infrastructure providers may process encrypted traffic, storage, or operational logs only to deliver the service.

5. Storage, retention, and security

Account connections and scheduled content are retained only while needed to provide the service or until they are removed. Temporary media may remain until publishing, deletion, or routine cleanup is completed. Operational backups and security logs may persist for a limited period. We use access controls, HTTPS, restricted infrastructure, and other reasonable safeguards; however, no online system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and rights

You can disconnect a social account in the service or revoke access from the relevant platform at any time. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your use of the service. See our Data Deletion Instructions for the process.

7. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes and contact
